Another sad promotion of how girls should look, and how plastic surgery is a quick fix solution. Too many girls have this need and want to look just like a barbie doll. Instead, there should be a promotion of self acceptance, how beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and colors and how everyone should be comfortable in their own skin.
